After getting to the docks, they sell the pics they have taken of you in the water (expensive). We (Hubby & I) got a personal driver (Gavin from Gavin Tour Services) we didn’t go with a tour. The water is warm, not shocking to the body. At the end the Captain does some “donuts” in the water before heading back to the dock, so we got to see the water glow in that respect. Our boat didn’t have many participants whom would jump in, so we didn’t get the joy from the water, which was disappointing. Hubby tried snorkeling the lagoon, but said it was too dark to see anything. Note that the water is very shallow about 4’deep, you will be wearing a lot of mucky mud. The highlight of the 45-minute tour is the part where you get to jump out and swim, your body surrounded by bio-luminescent light from the microscopic organisms that live there in the lagoon.
